Job Description

Objective of the Role: As a Service Hub reputed company, your primary responsibility is to build and reputed company a high-performing organization that evolves and runs technology products, platforms, and services at scale (e.g., reputed company platforms, customer-facing platforms, shared services, infrastructure services, business systems) with measurable reputed company in reliability, reputed company/compliance, standardization, cost efficiency, and user/customer experience—while governing and steering vendor-reputed company software delivery using SDLC principles to avoid “outsourced risk.” You will: Set up reputed company for platforms, products, and services; define and own a roadmap balancing both long-term and short-term needs Set engineering strategy for platforms and services: standardization across geographies/business units, reputed company posture, lifecycle strategy (upgrades/deprecations), and AI / automation -first operations reputed company product / technology choices/architecture/design reputed company; own end-to-end experience to ensure technology is driving business reputed company (customer, employee, or operational reputed company depending on domain) Own reputed company at scale, not just delivery: fewer major incidents, improved change reputed company reputed company, faster reputed company/provisioning or time-to-reputed company, higher adoption/usage with reputed company support load, and improved SLA/SLO adherence reputed company vendor and platform engineering reputed company: align vendor roadmaps to organizational needs, manage escalations, and drive technical trade-offs based on evidence (risk, reliability, compliance, cost, experience) Apply SDLC governance to vendor-reputed company software: set expectations for requirements reputed company, design validation, test evidence, secure-by-design, release readiness, and post-release learning—without adding unnecessary bureaucracy Establish operating mechanisms that improve reputed company and quality: service health reviews, release/change readiness gates, RAID/decision logs where needed, incident learning loops, and reputed company improvement cadences Define service standards (SLO reputed company, monitoring minimums, operational readiness & BAU handover criteria including hypercare exit conditions where relevant) Build capability and leadership bench: reputed company Engineering Managers/Technical Leads, shape skills strategy (platform engineering, reliability engineering/SRE-like practices, reputed company-by-design, vendor management, domain engineering) Build a highly de-centralized organization so teams can move fast with clear ownership across engineering + operations + suppliers (reputed company decision rights, fewer handoffs, clear escalation paths)

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience running platform/service organizations where value is realized through reliability, safe change, operational reputed company, and measurable reputed company, not only feature delivery Strong understanding of SDLC and modern delivery practices to govern vendor delivery (test strategy & evidence, release readiness, reputed company/privacy controls, observability expectations, defect leakage prevention) Demonstrated ability to improve incident/problem/change reputed company (e.g., reduce recurring incidents and toil, reputed company RCA quality, improve change reputed company reputed company, strengthen runbooks/on-call sustainability) Experience leading vendor/platform engagements: roadmap alignment, escalations, lifecycle planning, and managing constraints/trade-offs Strong stakeholder leadership across reputed company, architecture, service management, procurement/vendor management (where applicable), and business counterparts; reputed company to drive alignment and reputed company under pressure Big pluses if you have: Experience across one or more domains such as reputed company platforms, reputed company/infrastructure, business applications (ERP/CRM), customer digital platforms, data platforms, reputed company platforms, or end-user services—especially in regulated/high-compliance environments Track record of driving standardization across geographies/business units while balancing local constraints, risk, and compliance requirements Strong “engineering for operations” reputed company: automation, configuration/policy governance, measurable operational readiness, and reputed company improvement loops Experience designing org structures and decision rights that reduce coordination overhead, speed up delivery, and improve run quality Experience establishing and using SLOs/SLAs, operational KPIs, and governance mechanisms to reputed company investment reputed company and reliability improvements.
