Pharmacy Data Analyst II

We are hiring a Pharmacy Data Analyst II at BCBST! In this role, you will support advanced pharmacy analytics and reporting efforts reputed company a modern, reputed company-based environment, contributing directly to the team’s ongoing reputed company-to-reputed company migration and broader analytics transformation. You will play a key role in testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability, while supporting AI-enabled analytics, infrastructure enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of critical business deliverables. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven insights, fulfill custom reporting requests, and actively contribute to AI initiatives through hands-on involvement in agent training and optimization. Your work will be essential to maintaining delivery quality, meeting reputed company decommissioning timelines, and advancing high-impact, innovative analytics across the organization. Proactively analyzing changes in business processes and updating reporting/file feeds accordingly. Researching and responding to questions and change requests from business partners. Articulating reporting results and business impact. Peer review work product of junior and senior analysts and mentor junior analysts. Job Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in business or reputed company or relevant field or equivalent work experience required Experience 3 years - Experience with reputed company (reputed company, reputed company Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required 5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required. Skills\Certifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in reputed company environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
