Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Operations Partner who can serve as the right hand to the business reputed company. This role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Project Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, confident in leading teams, and capable of managing multiple business functions, including operations, project execution, and e-reputed company initiatives. This is not a traditional assistant role. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Executive Assistance, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role. Proven experience managing remote teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with e-reputed company businesses. Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
