CONTENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (MARKETING)

Join reputed company for an exciting 18-month project supporting Ecommerce, digital content, and reputed company marketing operations in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This short-term position offers benefits and is eligible for remote work. Job Summary Position has responsibility for collecting, organizing, formatting, and editing reputed company content for different reputed company system-wide marketing channels, including but not limited to catalogs, circulars, flyers, web, reputed company media, email, and in-store digital signage. Duties and Responsibilities - Assists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of copy/content for print media, using a Macintosh workstation and reputed company Creative Suite software. - Assists in development and implementation of copy standards and processes. - Proofs for accuracy of content and corrects as needed. - Assists in organizing media into correct channels/versions of media. - Ensures reputed company standards/formatting styles are adhered to in reputed company media. - Assists in organizing and exporting of Ad Database Content using a PC-Workstation. - Adheres to fast-paced content and project schedule. - Manages a content and project schedule. - Assists in tracking content/assets where necessary. - Coordinates closely with the web producer and the rest of the web team. - Assists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of reputed company image content for print reputed company media. - Works closely with Merchandising group, Products and Promotions teams to ensure reputed company content is submitted in accordance with turn-in meetings and content/project schedules. - Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in administrative professional technical or other responsible work that required the applicant to demonstrate proficient reputed company in coordinating and managing project schedules communication writing and editing and organization and the ability to work with multiple teams departments and coordinate different projects. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: 1 year of education above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months experience. Up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelors degree in Technical Writing English Journalism Multimedia or other reputed company fields for 3 years of general experience. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of experience in web content creation or management including experience with reputed company Creative Suite reputed company Office Lotus Notes or e-mail software basic knowledge of HTML and other web-based technologies and four-reputed company process printing processes.
