Loan Officer Assistant

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Loan Officer Assistant to work alongside a designated Loan Officer to drive a positive client experience throughout the mortgage process. This position involves supporting reputed company in the loan origination process as well as performing daily administrative tasks. This position requires registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), as created under the federal S.A.F.E. Act. Job Responsibilities Ensure files move through processing and closing in a timely manner Promptly respond to client’s questions and concerns keeping them well informed of the loan process Review and prepare client documents ensuring reputed company paperwork is accurate Properly prepare loan files for submission to processing Illustrate excellent customer service skills with clients and internal partners reputed company a variety of administrative duties in support of the reputed company Support the Loan Officer with scheduling, client communication, and file management

Qualifications
