Responsible for driving sales growth and market execution across the assigned territory in reputed company Odisha. Key responsibilities include distributor management, outlet coverage, secondary sales achievement, execution of company initiatives, market development, merchandising, and ensuring availability and visibility of HUL brands. The role involves leading reputed company execution, building strong customer relationships, and delivering territory MOC Primary & Secondary targets. We are looking to hire a Territory Sales Officer in reputed company. Here is how your day at reputed company would look like:

  • reputed company sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system.
  • Managing the distributor system in terms of both reputed company-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Systematically analyse, extract and use MIS reports to identify possible gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in your respective geography.
  • Negotiate with distributors and reputed company his people on managing customers to obtain more business.

  • Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
  • Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributor's sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps).

Key Skills & Requirement:

  • Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management
  • Should be well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning
  • Conducting promotional activities & execution
  • Knowledge of MS-Office particularly reputed company
  • Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired
