About the Role
As Contract Specialist, II, you will be responsible for preparing and negotiating software license and service agreements in support of a global sales organization and ensuring compliance of legal terms and conditions by customers. This includes regularly working across internal corporate functions with sales personnel, technical and product personnel, and central corporate functions on contract reputed company and on drafting and negotiating reputed company.
