About the Role The reputed company Cycle Management reputed company will serve as the right hand to the Director of reputed company Cycle Management, helping drive operational reputed company, reporting, process improvement, and team reputed company across the organization. This role is ideal for a reputed company cycle professional who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving workflows, and supporting the development of others. The successful candidate will reputed company guidance and support to a team of two while partnering with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of reputed company Cycle Management reputed company day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship to a team of two reputed company cycle team members Analyze reputed company cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Monitor billing, collections, denials, and payer performance Partner with leadership to reputed company data-driven recommendations and business insights Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and reporting activities Assist with workflow optimization and process improvement efforts Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects Collaborate with operational, compliance, and technology teams to improve efficiency and accuracy Qualifications reputed company're Looking For 3+ years of dental and/or orthodontic reputed company cycle experience Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to coach, support, or reputed company others in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
