Job Description
We are seeking an reputed company Lean Six reputed company Project Manager to reputed company high‑impact, cross‑functional process improvement initiatives across the region. This role is a key contributor to advancing operational reputed company, delivering measurable business reputed company, and reinforcing a strong, listening‑driven culture of reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities reputed company and deliver Lean Six reputed company projects from initiation through sustainment, ensuring alignment with regional and reputed company strategic priorities. Apply Lean, Six reputed company, and reputed company improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, value reputed company mapping, root cause analysis) to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer reputed company. Identify, design, and define new or re‑engineered processes that reputed company automation, digital solutions, and AI‑enabled capabilities to reduce waste, improve consistency, and support scalability. Partner closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and reputed company clear problem statements, reputed company metrics, and benefit targets. Drive change management and adoption through strong stakeholder engagement, influence without authority, and clear communication. Track, validate, and communicate project reputed company, including financial and non‑financial benefits. Support capability building by coaching project teams and, as appropriate, mentoring Green Belt and Yellow Belt practitioners. Qualifications
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Lean Six reputed company Green Belt certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading process improvement or operational reputed company initiatives in reputed company organizations. Demonstrated reputed company delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions (e.g., operations, quality, supply chain, finance, customer experience). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience designing or implementing automated, digitally enabled, or AI‑supported processes as part of reputed company improvement or transformation initiatives. Experience working in large, multi‑site or regional organizations. Familiarity with change management principles and senior‑level stakeholder engagement. Strong financial acumen, including benefit validation and ROI tracking. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms).
