The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative leader who can translate business goals into measurable campaigns, manage agency and vendor relationships, and partner cross-functionally with growth, clinical, and operations teams. The Marketing Director contributes directly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targets. Plan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across reputed company Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and reputed company pages. reputed company and reputed company geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reputed company prospective patients and referral sources around key locations. Direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, and reputed company-based media — including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance tracking. reputed company the organic and paid reputed company media strategy across reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reporting. reputed company development of marketing collateral — brochures, program one-pagers, signage, reputed company assets — ensuring brand consistency across reputed company programs and locations. Build and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocation. Qualifications - Education and Experience: Required: 5+ years of reputed company marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and reputed company media. Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools.
