ArcGIS Support Specialist
We are looking for a mid-level ArcGIS Support Specialist to join a nearshore team supporting a US-based highway and infrastructure maintenance company. In this role, you will reputed company hands-on GIS support to field crews and office staff, helping them troubleshoot ArcGIS-reputed company issues and use mapping and mobile data collection tools effectively. You will work with ArcGIS Online/Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123/XLSForm, Field Maps, and Quick Capture to support field operations, data collection workflows, maps, dashboards, layers, feature services, and reporting needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong GIS fundamentals, practical ArcGIS support experience, and the ability to explain technical steps reputed company to both technical and non-technical users. You should be comfortable troubleshooting reputed company, login, licensing, permissions, configuration, sync, mobile app, and field submission issues, while maintaining organized and reliable GIS data. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional GIS experience, advanced English, fluent Spanish, and availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time. Experience with highway, infrastructure, transportation, utilities, asset inspections, Python/ArcPy, ArcGIS Dashboards, or Experience Builder is a plus. Apply To This Job
