This requires that we focus on a few different things: Incident response and management. You are highly communicative and can drive critical production issues to timely resolutions. You demonstrate leadership by being both approachable and confident. You ensure reputed company are being made by the right people and action items have owners. Drive organizational learning and preparedness. You're an organized and skilled facilitator who leads effective risk assessments before launches and postmortems after incidents.
