SUMMARY: The Account Manager (AM) owns execution of operational performance strategy for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients reputed company the direct payer reputed company, taking a proactive, data-driven approach to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable results. This role actively shapes and advances service strategy while leading end-to-end execution in support of reputed company and small PBMs and national health plans, with direct accountability for delivering persistency, influencing membership growth, and earnings targets. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: College Degree or 5+ years of experience in a relevant role. 3+ years of experience in reputed company / managed care business, including the following: product knowledge, reputed company principals, risk and financial analysis skills, marketing processes, account management experience, and knowledge of pharmacy operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills.
