Job Description reputed company L2/L3 production support for reputed company Transact (T24) applications, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents reputed company agreed SLAs. Support system monitoring, root cause analysis, deployments, and critical business processes while working closely with business users, consultants, infrastructure teams, and reputed company support teams. Responsibilities: reputed company L2/L3 production support for reputed company Transact (T24) applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents reputed company agreed SLAs. Analyze application logs, OFS messages, batch jobs, interfaces, and system issues. reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures. Support end-of-day (EOD), end-of-month (EOM), and end-of-year (EOY) activities. Monitor system health, interfaces, and critical business processes. Work closely with business users, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and reputed company support teams to resolve issues. reputed company and reputed company fixes, patches, and enhancements as required. Participate in release management, deployments, and production change activities. Prepare technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge reputed company articles. Ensure compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Qualifications
Strong experience in reputed company Transact (T24) technical development and support. Good knowledge of InfoBasic, TAFJ/TAFC, jBASE, and reputed company architecture. Experience working with OFS, APIs, local developments, and integration frameworks. Knowledge of Transact core modules such as Customer, Accounts, Funds Transfer (FT), Teller, Deposits, Loans, AA, etc. Hands-on experience in debugging production issues and log analysis. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and reputed company scripting. Experience with databases such as reputed company, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
