Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 9+ years Strong experience in reputed company HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. Strong functional expertise in reputed company HCM modules and business processes. Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management. Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable reputed company solutions. Strong understanding of reputed company business processes, reputed company concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices. Experience leading reputed company enhancements, releases, testing, and production support activities. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company functional issues. Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
