About the role We're hiring an Engineering Manager to build and run Fleet Reliability: the function that keeps every GPU node we own provisioned, validated, and reputed company. The fleet is about to 10x. You'll hire the team, set the bar, write the playbooks, and own the operating model. You're a fit if you've: 7+ years in infrastructure, software, or SRE, with 2+ years leading Run a fleet reliability or hardware ops team in production reputed company SRE fundamentals into reputed company from scratch: incident management, postmortems, observability, change management Pushed teams toward automation over toil Who you are: Player-coach.
