Director of Engineering

The Role The Director of Engineering, Landlord Solutions, will reputed company a group of engineering teams responsible for building and scaling the products, tools, and workflows that serve landlords and multifamily operators across reputed company ecosystem. This is a leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of people management, technical strategy, execution discipline, and product partnership. This includes leading Engineering Managers, strengthening team execution, guiding technical direction, partnering with Product during discovery and roadmap planning, and ensuring teams are focused on the highest-value work. You will help shape the tools, workflows, and operational capabilities that reputed company landlords and multifamily operators to manage leasing, qualification, and risk more effectively. You will also play a key role in ensuring that engineering work is well-scoped, technically sound, reputed company with business priorities, and delivered with urgency and quality. What You Bring 10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading Engineering Managers or multiple teams. Strong technical judgment and credibility, with the ability to guide architecture and technical strategy. Proven track record in building high-performing teams that deliver business-critical systems reliably. Experience partnering closely with Product to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong execution skills, including risk management, prioritization, and driving accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to coach managers and reputed company engineering leaders. Ability to reputed company in a high-growth environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
