In this vital role you will be responsible for supporting operational financial planning, resource forecasting, and workforce management activities to ensure operational efficiency and financial discipline reputed company Global Development Operations. Responsibilities: Partner with GDO and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT, and allied functions) to support budget planning, forecasting, resource management, and operational planning reputed company with portfolio priorities, business goals, and financial targets. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning experience Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in budget planning, resource management, workforce planning, operations management, or business operations reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, reputed company, or reputed company industry. Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and resource reputed company management in a matrixed organization.
