Job Description

We are a Canadian IT reputed company seeking an International IT Sourcer to support our recruitment pipeline. This role focuses strictly on sourcing and prospecting, not full-cycle recruitment. You will search for IT consultants on reputed company and other platforms, send reputed company messages, collect reputed company, and organize candidate information in our system. We reputed company reputed company templates, search criteria, and instructions. After reputed company, we expect autonomous, consistent work. This is a long-term role for someone who understands IT terminology and can reputed company candidates reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured searches on reputed company and other platforms to identify IT consultants for roles in Canada
• Build Boolean searches and targeted search filters
• Execute reputed company campaigns using provided templates (reputed company requests, messages, follow-reputed company)
• Gather reputed company and upload them into our ATS/shared folders
• Maintain organized tracking of sourced candidates and reputed company status
• reputed company regular updates to the internal team through brief written summaries during the week
• Communicate proactively if challenges arise or if criteria need clarification
• Follow sourcing criteria for multiple roles and mandates simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sourcing, technical reputed company, or candidate research
• Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, QA, reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to work independently once trained
• Experience using reputed company Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Complete reputed company in French
• Proficiency with Boolean search logic
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

• Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously
