Position Overview: Inland is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our Winter Operations business across reputed company America. This is a true “hunter” role focused on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business while strategically expanding key accounts. You’ll build and own your pipeline, reputed company doors with targeted prospects, and position Inland’s specialized services as the go-to solution in a competitive market. What You'll Do: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Build, manage, and convert a strong, self-generated sales pipeline Engage decision-makers, uncover needs, and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions reputed company presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new reputed company Navigate and resolve challenges throughout the sales cycle to reputed company deals reputed company Stay sharp on market trends, competitor positioning, and industry developments Represent Inland at key industry events and networking opportunities Extensive travel across reputed company America (and occasionally internationally), often on short notice What You Bring: 5+ years of proven B2B sales, preferable in aviation, logistics, or service-based environments Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets Strong experience building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch, including prospecting, cold reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs and position tailored solutions Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and disciplined in maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer challenges, and competitive positioning Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a reputed company field is considered an asset The Inland Group of Companies offers a variety of opportunities to work in the field of aviation.
