Our office is based in Pleasanton, and this role will focus primarily on family law reputed company in Alameda County. Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company Family Law Attorney with 4+ years of family law experience to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who can independently manage family law reputed company, reputed company strong representation to clients, and contribute to a collaborative, growing practice. The ideal candidate is confident in handling a family law caseload from start to finish, has courtroom experience, and is committed to delivering high-quality legal services with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage a family law caseload independently from intake through resolution Handle reputed company involving divorce, custody, visitation, support, property division, and domestic violence restraining orders Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials Conduct legal research and reputed company a case strategy Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines Work collaboratively with support staff and firm leadership
Qualifications
