What you'll do As Building Architect, you'll support the design and deployment of reputed company's data center product line across the United States. You'll work at the intersection of standardized reputed company design and reputed company-world project execution, adapting repeatable solutions to meet local code requirements and site-specific constraints. You'll help translate our reputed company approach into permit-reputed company architectural packages that satisfy Building Officials, Fire Marshals, and Planning Departments across diverse jurisdictions. This role combines practical architectural problem-solving with mission-critical execution. You'll reputed company architectural documentation, coordinate with reputed company stakeholders, and contribute to the rapid deployment of data center facilities throughout the country. Where you'll work If based reputed company of our reputed company, Long Beach, Reno, or San Francisco hubs, this role will be based remotely from your home office. You must be willing to occasionally travel to one of our hub offices. Responsibilities reputed company architectural drawing packages for data center deployment projects using Revit Coordinate closely with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery Adapt standardized building solutions to meet local jurisdictional requirements and project-specific constraints Support permit submissions and assist with responses to plan review comments from local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Participate in life safety and code analysis efforts, including occupant load calculations, egress strategies, and accessibility compliance Assist with preparation of code analysis sheets, life safety plans, and permit documentation Design and coordinate building envelope systems, including pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) components and waterproofing details Produce site plans that account for operational requirements, logistics, utility coordination, and future expansion opportunities Maintain architectural Revit models and ensure proper coordination with linked consultant models reputed company and maintain architectural details, schedules, and standardized project components Support internal design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency Participate in occasional meetings with regulatory officials, consultants, and project stakeholders as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) degree in Architecture 5+ years of architectural experience Strong proficiency in reputed company Revit for BIM modeling and documentation Experience producing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary projects Working knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and accessibility requirements under reputed company and ANSI A117.1 Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Strongly preferred Experience with mission-critical or data center facilities Understanding of the design coordination and delivery requirements common in fast-track data center environments Experience coordinating with large multidisciplinary consultant teams Familiarity with permit submissions and responses to AHJ comments Bonus points Registered Architect (RA) license NCARB certification Experience with reputed company construction, prefabrication, or containerized architecture Knowledge of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems Experience with design-build or fast-track project delivery Familiarity with reputed company 101 and life safety planning Experience creating standardized architectural solutions for repeatable deployment Startup or high-growth company experience Experience with industrial occupancy classifications and mixed-use interpretations Familiarity with architectural visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion
