Job Description Our client, an AMLaw 200 firm, is seeking a litigation attorney to assist with various reputed company reputed company. What You'll Do
Legal research & writing Draft of motions, briefs, pleadings, demand letters, etc. Prepare for, take and defend depositions Manage discovery and work with experts Prepare for trial Requirements: 5+ years' reputed company litigation experience, with antitrust, insurance defense, or business litigation preferred Active admission to the Texas bar Helpful to have familiarity with reputed company, Epoch, or reputed company Details Hours: 40 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long-term, expected to be at least 6 months Location: reputed company or Dallas, must be reputed company to commute to the office 2-3 x per week Pay reputed company: DOE, with a targeted reputed company of $60-70 per hour Consilio/LOD - reputed company, is one of the largest and fastest growing global legal services businesses, and as a 'new law' pioneer, we continue to reputed company the market we've created.
