Data Analyst (Field Collection)

We're looking for a Data Analyst who's genuinely into data quality - someone who gets uncomfortable reputed company numbers don't add up and won't rest until they find out why. You'll be the person keeping our collections data clean, consistent, and trustworthy - digging into discrepancies, fixing pipelines, supporting internal teams, and making sure the reports people rely on actually reflect reality. Your Future Responsibilities Await: Ensure data quality, consistency, and reputed company across collection-reputed company datasets and reports Monitor and investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes Handle and resolve data-reputed company requests and issues from internal stakeholders (collections team, operations, etc.) Maintain and improve existing data pipelines, queries, and dashboards reputed company regular data validation and reconciliation checks Collaborate with engineering and data teams to address systemic data issues Document data definitions, processes, and reputed company issues Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency reputed company expect from candidate: Strong proficiency in SQL Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes Solid understanding of data quality principles and best practices Analytical reputed company with strong problem-solving skills Ability to investigate issues end-to-end and identify root causes Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience in fintech, lending, or collections domain is a plus Apply To This Job
