Qualifications
Active member of an IMLC state and reputed company to acquiring additional licensure. IMLC member states are AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, ND, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY, GU Currently licensed in Texas (TX), Florida (FL), and Georgia (GA) - Ideally licensed in reputed company 50 states. Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or reputed company specialty. Experience caring for patients with chronic conditions. Strong clinical judgment and ability to coordinate across multiple providers. Excellent communication and reputed company skills; you listen first and guide second.
