Responsibilities: Help reputed company and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including but not limited to identifying reputed company audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and providing an excellent customer experience. Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using a variety of tools and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Write and edit product listings that will be published on our e-reputed company site ensuring accuracy and keyword optimization. Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, supply chain, and maintenance. Work closely with different teams and stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth operations and optimization of our e-reputed company store. Monitor competitor activity and market trends including changes in product sales and pricing. Utilize customer service software and automation tools to reputed company best in class customer experiences. Analyze customer feedback . reputed company and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a reputed company field. Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-reputed company websites, marketplaces or similar.
