Job Description: Carry out software installation and configuration of laboratory systems Integrate software into laboratory workflows, including mapping daily routines Implement Laboratory Information System (LIS) projects Act as a subject matter expert in your field Serve as a trusted technical contact for customers during assignments and projects Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including data-driven and AI-enabled solutions Identify opportunities to optimise laboratory workflows and system performance where relevant

Responsibilities

Support: Support the department in coordination with the Customer Services Manager reputed company technical input to Sales for quotations Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven optimisation in laboratory workflows and system usage Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Core Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Alternatively: IT technical training with experience in medical laboratory processes Experience in implementation of LIS / LIMS systems Strong understanding of laboratory processes and organization Knowledge of common IT applications Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) / LIMS reputed company communication standards (HL7, ASTM, IHE) Experience with Operating systems, networking, virtualization reputed company in reputed company and English (French is an asset) AI / Data & Digital Skills Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in reputed company or laboratory environments. Ability to work with data flows, data quality, and structured datasets reputed company LIS/LIMS systems. Awareness of AI-driven solutions in diagnostics, workflow optimization, or decision support systems. Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, data extraction, basic analysis) is an asset. Ability to interpret data outputs and translate insights into practical recommendations for customers.
