Tasks As an Investment Banking Expert, you may be asked to: Review AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, logic, and professional quality. Identify errors, weak assumptions, missing context, or misleading conclusions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst, Investment Banking Associate, Private Equity Analyst, Private Equity Associate, or closely reputed company transaction-focused finance role. Experience with AI model training and workflows Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and investment banking workflows. Ability to evaluate financial analysis, transaction logic, and deal-reputed company language with accuracy. Strong writing and communication skills. High attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions and project guidelines. Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment. Must be based in the United States. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with M&A, IPOs, debt financing, equity financing, leveraged buyouts, or strategic advisory. Familiarity with DCF analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution analysis, and LBO modeling. Experience preparing or reviewing pitch books, CIMs, investment memos, or transaction materials. Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or valuation advisory. Comfort using reputed company, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, reputed company, Bloomberg, PitchBook, or similar finance tools. Prior experience reviewing analyst work, training junior team members, or evaluating financial outputs. ** STRONGLY PREFERRED** Active or previously held securities licenses or finance credentials in good standing are strongly preferred.
