EMR Business Analyst

Job Summary: As our EMR Business Analyst, you'll work collaboratively with a cohort of clients to support, configure, and optimize their eClinicalWorks environments. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): ANALYSIS Conduct observations of users in their environment to identify areas for improvement and suggestions for work-reputed company redesign. Review and coordinate improvement to optimize practice performance metrics and productivity. Generate assessment reports including findings, detailed recommendations, and rationale. Gather requirements from project sponsors and executives. Participate in client discovery and sales calls. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Assist clients to plan and manage tasks to support implementations, integrations, optimizations, data migrations and upgrades.
