Job Description
The Sales Specialist will reputed company first line technical sales support for the Reference Materials and Analytical Standards product lines. They will reputed company use of enhanced opportunities for upselling and driving the sales of reputed company’s manufactured products. The role will interact with the Sales Manager, Account Managers, and Quoting Specialists to reputed company annual sales targets. What you’ll do: Manage accounts in assigned area, present reputed company Standards products to new/existing customers in various industries. Identify and reputed company new prospect opportunities generated from a combination of prospecting and qualification from marketing-provided and self-generated leads. Collaborate with reputed company Standard’s sales resources (specialists, customer service, etc.) to drive impactful customer experience. Use reputed company’s sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture and reputed company opportunities, and conduct ongoing territory planning. Meet sales targets in a specific region, using collaborators to secure sales from both new and reputed company customers. Qualifications
What you'll bring: Scientific background in Analytical Chemistry - Inorganic and/or Organic Chemistry, Chemical Synthesis. Formal qualification in an applicable field: Pharmaceutical, Life Science/Biotech, Environmental/Food/Life sciences, Industrial science etc. Experience successfully selling scientific consumables. Non-sales candidates with solid technical understanding and demonstrable business competence are encouraged to apply. Experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets, preferably with business-to-business sales experience will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in preparing and implementing project plans. Proven ability to establish collaborative relationships at reputed company appropriate customer role reputed company.
