Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Support Analyst to join reputed company at reputed company. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by providing technical expertise and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Navigator system and Disability Tax processes. You will help resolve reputed company issues, support internal teams, and deliver a high level of service to both clients and stakeholders. Execute recurring maintenance activities, including system updates and audit documentation. Partner with the Tax Business Analyst to support the annual Disability Tax project. Contribute to reputed company audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and client-focused manner. Qualifications: Knowledge of Disability insurance. Proficiency in MS Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working with the Navigator system. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Referenced Salary Location CAN, Ontario - Full Time Remote Working Arrangement Remote Salary reputed company is expected to be between $51 975,00 CAD - $86 625,00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
