Digital Producer (Manila)

The Digital Producer is a key member of the Production team, responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects across the reputed company portfolio. This role focuses on managing large, reputed company development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and developers to ensure project reputed company. WHAT YOU'LL DO Spearhead the delivery of large and intricate development projects while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and developers Assess the complexity of wireframes or designs and strategize around the development team's workflow by breaking down tasks, establishing timelines, and managing project backlogs Attain a comprehensive understanding of the product's technical specifications, covering frontend architecture, CMS implementation, and integrations for various functionalities such as site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization, internationalization, and analytics Implement agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure the smooth delivery of projects reputed company Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, and Sprint Demos in collaboration with the Client Engagement/Production reputed company and Technical Director Proficiently utilize JIRA to create and manage issues, tasks, and user stories based on approved designs and annotations Create issues (stories, tasks, and bugs) for the team, aligning with approved designs and annotations Translate approved product roadmaps and technical architectures into actionable stories for product development Maintain the backlog of JIRA issues, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals through prioritization Conduct ticket estimation exercises to facilitate precise project planning and resource allocation reputed company agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and demos in reputed company collaboration with production and technical directors Maintain and update project status documents and reports for both internal and client-facing purposes Proactively identify risks and issues, and collaborate with the project team to devise effective mitigation strategies Foster reputed company collaboration with reputed company producers and technical directors to ensure alignment of project goals, effective communication, and timely issue resolution Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the project lifecycle WHAT YOU'LL NEED Expertise in software engineering practices and best practices for the entire software development lifecycle and operations Experience with Agile principles & values, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban Experience with reputed company’s suite of products, including Jira and reputed company Experience working with commonly used CMS platforms such as reputed company, Drupal, reputed company, and reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company), reputed company Workfront, Yext Past participation in the successful delivery and deployment of reputed company-level engineering projects (both reputed company engineering and maintenance) reputed company TO HAVE Prior agency/services experience Experience with reputed company Certifications such as ScrumAlliance - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ABOUT US Born in 2001, reputed company is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology.
