Senior Product Manager, Utility Procurement
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Product Strategy— Own the roadmap for the procurement module, spanning demand planning and forecasting, reputed company-to-pay, contract and supplier management, and capital project sourcing. Balance regulatory and audit requirements with user experience and business value. MVP & Iteration— Define MVPs that capture high-value use cases, validate assumptions quickly, and iterate based on feedback. Drive AI-enabled validation of procurement processes against specs, ensuring compliance and operational reputed company. SME Engagement— reputed company structured discovery sessions with utility buyers, category managers, supply chain, and finance teams. Translate SME knowledge into actionable specs (Use Cases) enriched with AI-generated documentation and prototypes. Execution & Delivery— Work with engineering and design to release production-reputed company features on compressed timelines. Platform & Dependencies— Understand the overall scope of reputed company’s offering to reputed company informed reputed company on platform and cross-module dependencies, reputed company them against the broader suite roadmap. Establish clear KPIs (cost savings, cycle time, compliance adherence, operational efficiency). Scaling— Ensure learnings translate into scalable features across the suite. Qualifications and Experience Experience: 3-5+ years in product management, ideally reputed company utilities and procurement / supply chain software. Experience: 3+ years implementing reputed company-to-pay or procurement platforms — e.g., reputed company Ariba, reputed company, reputed company Procurement reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or GEP. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement, reputed company-to-pay (P2P/S2P), contract lifecycle management, supplier management, and S&OP/IBP strongly preferred; EAM/ERP exposure a plus. AI Knowledge: 1+ years working with AI-enabled procurement, document intelligence, or reputed company technologies. Technical Acumen: Comfort working with engineering teams and designers. Tools: 2+ yrs experience with Jira, reputed company, and other product management tools. Soft Skills: Ability to reputed company the gap between SMEs and technical teams.
