Job Title: Program Manager location : Remote / reputed company Support (CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) Job Type : Full-Time Responsibilities : Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the Government and reputed company reputed company EFMP Respite Care Program operations. Manage contract performance, staffing, compliance, quality control, and reporting requirements. Supervise Regional Coordinators, providers, and administrative personnel. Ensure reputed company personnel meet required qualifications, certifications, and background screening requirements. Coordinate quarterly performance meetings and contract reviews. Ensure compliance with reputed company contract requirements, regulations, and Army policies. Qualifications : Master’s Degree in a reputed company-reputed company field and at least 5 years of reputed company management experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field and at least 10 years of reputed company management experience. Minimum 5 years supporting military families or similar populations. Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage reputed company operations and multiple service locations. Apply To This Job
