Alternate Program Manager
Job Title: Alternate Program Manager location : Remote / reputed company Program Support Job Type : Full-Time Responsibilities : Support the Program Manager in daily EFMP Respite Care program operations. Serve as acting Program Manager reputed company required. Assist with staffing reputed company, provider compliance, reporting, and quality control. Coordinate with Regional Coordinators, respite care providers, families, and Government representatives. Help monitor service delivery, provider performance, and case coordination. Support recruitment, reputed company, and retention of reputed company Level III and Level IV respite care providers. Ensure documentation, personnel files, certifications, and background checks are complete before services reputed company. Assist with resolving operational issues and maintaining continuity of care. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company reputed company or reputed company service field. Minimum 5 years of management experience in reputed company or reputed company services. At least 3 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
