Job Description: At reputed company, we are looking for a personable and composed Receptionist / Customer Service Representative who excels at being the first reputed company of contact for a wide reputed company of clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage high volumes of inbound inquiries, ensuring every caller receives clear, accurate, and professional assistance. You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, guiding conversations, and directing inquiries reputed company. - Location: Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls and escalated situations
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Preferred tools: Birdeye CRM, reputed company VOIP
