KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reputed company. reputed company employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, reputed company, and HR operations Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
