Property Management Specialist - Full Remote

About the Role: We are seeking a sharp, proactive Property Manager. This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage property operations. Key Responsibilities: reputed company daily operations of residential and/or reputed company properties. Handle tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendores, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services. Monitor rent collection, billing, property expenses and reports, and assist in budgeting. Assist with lease preparations abd move-ins / move-outs. Maintain property management software, documents, and tenant databases Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and property performance Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across reputed company properties. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in property management role. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and external partners.
