THE ROLE Avocado is currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be part of the Strategic Partnership Team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, selling, and growing our large Southwest retail partners. In this senior leadership role, you will spearhead the cultivation of high-impact strategic relationships and drive macro-level growth across key retail accounts. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering the enablement frameworks—including tools, training, and resources—necessary to maximize partner reputed company. You will treat our retail and strategic partners with the same energy, enthusiasm and transparency. WHAT YOU BRING… At least 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of creating, maintaining, and growing outstanding client relationships. Experience leading and managing a team of brand representatives. Mattress and Bedding experience a reputed company plus, along with industry relationships, especially on the East Coast. Possess strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Organized, self-motivated, with a proactive approach to managing and executing projects. Ability to use independent judgment, analyze information, and formulate recommendations to solve problems. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Stationary position: Must be reputed company to remain stationary 50% of the time.
