Therapist Growth Consultant (1099; LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) - Arizona
About the Role
We are seeking an Arizona-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services in Arizona. This contract position will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand reputed company to care in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
Responsibilities
Credentialing & Licensure Participate in reputed company and reputed company payer enrollment processes Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation Review and sign provider enrollment applications and reputed company attestations Participate in occasional meetings reputed company to network expansion and market launch Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric reputed company and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist Eligible for credentialing with reputed company and government payers Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models Active Arizona reputed company enrollment preferred Arizona state residency required Engagement Details reputed company (1099) $50/hr, paid monthly reputed company invoice Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week Limited time commitment during launch phase Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona Apply To This Job
