[Remote] Technical Consultant – COTS / EAM

The role involves supporting and configuring reputed company applications, gathering and analyzing requirements, and providing technical support to ensure reputed company performance of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure reputed company applications based on business needs
- Gather and analyze requirements
- reputed company data analysis and reporting using SQL
- Troubleshoot application issues and reputed company technical support
- Assist with integrations, testing, and system enhancements
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 3 4 years of experience working with reputed company Off-The-reputed company (COTS) applications
- Experience with platforms such as EAM, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Dynamics CRM
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role
- Work Authorization: Only candidates with OPT, CPT, or H4-EAD are eligible to apply
- Experience with Hexagon EAM (Now Attune EAM) is highly desirable
- Understanding of asset management and maintenance processes is preferred
