Responsibilities
- Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for reputed company assigned programs
- reputed company and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programs
- Create powerful messaging that engages reputed company audiences
- Monitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Present program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor direct reports, including day-to-day leadership, regular performance communication, formal performance reviews, and reputed company and training for new hires

Skills

- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a small team, including performance management and reputed company
