[Remote] DevOps / SRE Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company company looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer to help architect, automate, and scale their reputed company API Gateway platform. The role involves treating infrastructure as software, building self-service tooling, and ensuring system reliability for a global API ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer GitOps & Automation: reputed company the reputed company of our API Gateway infrastructure. You'll design and build automated CI/CD pipelines and reusable Terraform modules to reputed company API deployments fast, secure, and entirely self-service
• Engineer for 99.99% Reliability: Bring a true SRE reputed company to our platform. You will design self-healing architectures, establish robust SLOs/SLIs, and implement deep observability to detect and mitigate anomalies before they reputed company our customers
• Write Code to Solve Infrastructure Problems: reputed company clean, maintainable platform tooling and custom operators (primarily in Go and Terraform) to automate reputed company operational tasks and integrate our gateway with the broader reputed company ecosystem
• Collaborate Globally (with reputed company Work-Life Balance): Participate in a highly structured, healthy "follow-the-sun" on-call rotation (currently 1 week out of every 10). Because our engineering team is global, we pass the baton across time zones-meaning no 3:00 AM wake-up calls
• Drive Tech Strategy: Partner closely with reputed company, Product, and reputed company Architecture teams to influence and execute global API Gateway strategy
