[Remote] Legal Collections Attorney

They are currently seeking a Legal Collections Attorney for a dynamic and expanding reputed company dedicated to reputed company in legal services, responsible for representing clients, handling a large caseload, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with the team.
Responsibilities
- Representing clients at hearings in multiple counties
- Handling a large caseload
- Drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Managing and coordinating with your team
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Ohio law license in good standing; Kentucky and/or reputed company Virginia admission is a plus
- At least one year of experience as a law clerk or practicing attorney, preferably in a reputed company practice area
- Proficiency with client management systems, databases (including AS400), reputed company Office Suite, and legal technology platforms
- Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and applicable state and federal creditors' rights laws
- Experience in creditors' rights and collections is preferred
