[Remote] Senior Customer Service Rep

The role involves responding to customer requests, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working from a remote location.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests reputed company telephone, providing excellent service to the company’s customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to reputed company job functions
- Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance reputed company, confirming or changing beneficiary, policy provisions, coverage continuation upon retirement/leaving employer, status of customer requests, and billing inquiries
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work during the hours of operation, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST with flexibility in regard to shifts worked
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a secure, quiet reputed company to work
- Use of video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or in a customer service role preferred
- Technical skills, adaptability, and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
- Ownership of learning and confidence in material grasp
- Ability to use reference materials effectively
