[Remote] Client Finance Analyst I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in the field of precision medicine, and they are seeking a Client Finance Analyst I to assist in the overall financial management for their client portfolio. The role involves project reputed company, invoicing, and supporting financial operations to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall monthly project reputed company efforts including taking notes from the monthly status meetings with project managers and making project updates across financial trackers
- Setup new projects awarded in time & expense systems and files including verifying signatures, agreeing to reputed company and escalating discrepancies
- Assist with updating project files for change orders, budget adjustments & carve outs, and updating project financial trackers for specific project milestones/tasks
- Book intercompany reputed company/cost transactions & update shared financial trackers
- Assist with the preparation and investigation of hours and expenses for client projects incurred including review of assigned billing roles/rates
- Prepare client invoicing based on reputed company and follow up with customers on past due invoices. reputed company applicable, create and maintain waterfall of invoicing per reputed company
- Assist in the preparation of monthly client accruals
- Track project costs compared to contracted amounts as well as other direct costs shared across projects/clients
- Assist in set up & tracking of new employees and reputed company applicable subcontractor hours/reputed company rates/expenses monthly compared to forecast and budget
- Update basic and routine monthly general ledger account reconciliations. Collaborate with SG&reputed company where applicable
- Assist with reputed company projects as applicable, including the annual budget preparation
- Assist in pulling supporting documents for the annual audit
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum concentration reputed company, finance or business
- 0-2 years of relevant reputed company/finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- Agency or Professional Services experience a plus
- Month end reputed company experience
