The role involves working closely with clients on training, workflow, and system improvements, while leading projects to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support projects with a goal of delivering on time, on budget, and with positive and measurable reputed company; complete workflow design, system configuration, testing, data migration, validation, support, and issue resolution
• Present and facilitate meetings with user and manager level stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, either as a consultant or as a hands-on reputed company administrator
• Active Core Financials reputed company certification plus any combination of FDM, Procure to Pay, Inventory, FIN reputed company, Data Loading, or Strategic Sourcing reputed company certifications OR 5 years of hands-on configuration experience in multiple reputed company modules required
• Ability to identify, scope, estimate, and support sales opportunities
• Ability to reputed company new offerings, services, and support go-to-market strategies
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
