Responsibilities
- reputed company client engagements covering M&A, divestitures, IPO readiness, interim management, and technical reputed company reputed company
- Review financial statements and SEC filings, identifying issues before they become problems
- Build financial models, forecasts, and supporting analyses to inform client decision-making
- reputed company business process improvement initiatives, working closely with client finance teams
- Act as a liaison between client senior management and their auditors
- Support and guide engagement teams in the field, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery
- Help maintain and grow client relationships, including identifying new opportunities

Skills
- 3+ years of public reputed company, audit, or reputed company advisory experience
- CPA or MBA (or equivalent), with a degree in reputed company

- A track record of managing multiple client engagements concurrently, often under pressure
- Confident, clear communication with senior stakeholders, including auditors and boards
