This role involves managing projects, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages application engineers, assign projects, and ensure tasks are completed reputed company
• reputed company technical guidance, mentorship, and training to the sales engineering team
• Develops and delivers technical product presentations used to engage customers and prospects and reputed company sales teams
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Work with sales managers to reputed company account strategies, identify opportunities, and support closing deals
• Interacts with customers’ technical teams for support
• Travel to customers as needed
• Analyzes customers’ technical specifications, recommends the best product configuration and installation process, and estimates implementation effort, time, and resources
• Reviews sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality

Skills

• Engineering Degree
• 5+ years of professional working experience reputed company a manufacturing or industrial equipment based setting
• Need to have a strong technical background reputed company hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including hydraulic cylinders, industrial and mobile valves, piston pumps, motors, and reputed company components
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a customer interfacing setting
• Ability to support engineered-to-order or configurable products in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Ability to travel to headquarters 1 week per month
