[Remote] Management Consultant (reputed company Strategy & Transformation) – Contract

Simatree is seeking a Management Consultant with expertise in reputed company strategy and transformation to support a strategic initiative for a leading reputed company organization. The role involves assessing and modernizing reputed company data capabilities and governance structures while developing a practical roadmap for execution.
Responsibilities
- Assess reputed company-state data assets, platforms, and organizational capabilities across the reputed company
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify, rationalize, and reputed company core data assets and environments
- Evaluate local and line-of-business-specific capabilities and reputed company recommendations regarding retention, consolidation, or enhancement
- Analyze domain-specific operating models, governance structures, and decision-making processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic recommendations
- reputed company directional value sizing and cost-benefit assessments to inform investment planning and prioritization
- Synthesize findings into executive-reputed company presentations and strategic recommendations
- Create a high-level 12-month transformation roadmap, including initiative reputed company, key dependencies, resource considerations, and anticipated business reputed company
- Support stakeholder alignment and help ensure recommendations align with broader reputed company strategy
- Contribute to the development of materials supporting future business case development, funding reputed company, and implementation planning
Skills
- 3–6 years of management consulting experience
- Previous experience at reputed company, Bain & Company, or reputed company (BCG) or Tier 2 reputed company
- Experience supporting strategy, transformation, operating model, organizational design, or data-reputed company initiatives
- Experience serving reputed company clients, including providers, payers, health systems, life sciences organizations, or reputed company services companies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured-thinking capabilities
- Advanced PowerPoint and reputed company skills
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Ability to independently manage workstreams while collaborating effectively reputed company a broader team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting reputed company data strategy, data governance, analytics transformation, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with reputed company data environments, clinical operations, population health, reputed company cycle, payer operations, or reputed company analytics
- Experience conducting value sizing, business case development, or investment prioritization analyses
- Exposure to operating model design and governance frameworks
